I ordered a book online and they totally scammed me!! how can i get my money back??

i bought the book in january and its april now and i have emailed them a bunch of times and called but nobody ever contacts me back! Im out $61 and i just want my money back! who can i talk to to help me get my money back? i have already filed a report with BBB but they told me the place didnt respond so they couldnt help me.%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;the site is www.worldretailstore.com %26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt; DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Easy, if you paid by credit card just call your credit card company and do a charge back. Your credit card gets the money back and the company gets money taken out of their merchant account.
