Mandy is right. You have no chance to use somebody else's account. Even if somebody allows you, this anyway will be a case of identity fraud, because any account is for personal use only.

You can sign up for one yourself. I dont think with these days and times that anyone would do that for you because of the rise in identity theft, but GOOD LUCK anyway.
