yes: if you brought it from an retail store and it's still under warenty .The mp3 must have an return location as reccomended

Reply:yes in this day and age never order anything online. What kinda bullshit is that. give me a break. I order everything online. You get it cheaper, and it's much less of a hassle than battling the crowds at department stores. Why do you even have the internet then? Random meaningless chat sessions, with under age girls? Sweet heart if you bought it from a major retail chain website then yes you can take it back to your local store. if you have the reciept they will give you cash, if not then they will give you store credit.
