Which websites scan the computer online for viruses and spywares and don't expect money for fixing the same?

Some websites scan the computer but after scanning the same, they ask the computer owner to purchase the software or pay the money. I can't afford it? Are there some websites which do it for free?





And importantly, if I already have an anti virum programme installed in my computer, whether it will be affected by such scanning?
