Hello, I work for my mom who owns a antique shop. I work atleast 10 hours a day but I don't get paid alot. It's enough to get me by but I need a little extra. Does anyone know where you can make money online, that is safe, and not a gimic.

Reply:If you already work 10 hours a day, you probably only have about 2 hours extra per day to work something online. It can be done, though.
There are many online companies that are legit, but sorting through all the ones that aren't is time consuming. If you want to start a business online, there is going to be some cost, just as there is for your mom's business. If you want to 'work for someone else', then you shouldn't have to pay anything to sign on.

First I must warn you. I am sure the paid survey site's the others posted work BUT any survey site that requires any kind of payment information or a membership fee is a _very_ bad idea IMO.
I used to do a few surveys, never made much money but I didn't have time, and I know there are many people who have.
The best way is to go right for the marketing company itself like Global Test Market or the like. Using a "middle man" site or service who asks for money to let you into their "database" will give you more trouble than it's worth. Again, that's my opinion, but I have done some research.
The legit companies don't charge you a penny. You are making them money, so why should they?
Before you do anything I _highly_ recommend you sit down with a pad of paper and ask yourself a few questions;
-How much money am I looking to make?
-How much time can I invest in making that money?
Then ask yourself:
-What hobbies do I have?
-What am I good at? (list hobbies, everything iven if it seems stupid. This one can take some time.)
Then find a way to bank on that info.
For example, let's say you like to play golf or tennis, and you got quite good at it. You know all those tips you give to your friends when they are playing? You have an ebook right there to sell online.
Just organize and write out those tips and techniques, then get a website up quick and cheap, there are many ways to do that, just search google. All that's left is to do is set up a payment system. You can use paypal which is free to set up.

Reply:Ebay.... best way.... take anything you do not use, want, and open an ebay sellers account. Place your item on ebay (cost to place but not much like 10$ at the most, but depends on the item of course) Set it as an auction give it like 2 or 3 days starting bid at whatever you want and see if anyone bids on it. Most likely someone will. I sold a toy car for like 30$ in 4 days and i paid like 15 from walmart. so you just dont know what you'll get for an item. make sure though you put a reserve (amount of money you would like to have for the item be reasonable though) if u do not then if u do not get what you want then too bad you have to sell it but if it does not reaches your reserve you do not have to sell unless you want.
