I have some free survey sites that are very reliable just check out my profile by clicking my name or email me for them. I only give sites that I've been paid by so you won't get scammed. They're all reliable and I've never had a problem with them. (I've been doing them for a year now) The best part is that anyone can do them and they're easy. You won't get rich but they definitely help with bills :)

Don't jump into anything and definitely don't start just buying something because 'everybody else' is doing it. You'll need that money when you finally make your decision on what business to start.
Once you have a couple ideas, dig deeper to find out if it might be profitable. Speaking from experience when I recommend you do it this way.
Understand this also, your first online business may not be a success - you're learning how all this stuff works and how it comes together. Keep your financial losses low, under $100. Six months from now, where you thought you were headed with your online business just may not be the same business you find yourself making money from.

listen, I am in a really tight situation right know where the job that I have is not providing me with enough money to make my bills. Yes, but it isn't easy...and it doesn't pay very much. I have a technical blog ( http://www.gavaghan.org/blog/ ) that uses Google Adsense for advertising revenue. A few things you should know:
1) I've been writing for several months, and it's only been since December that I've generated any serious traffic. It takes several weeks for all of the search engines to pick up your site.
2) You need to have compelling content that people want to read. If it's just an online diary, then you haven't really distinguished yourself from any MySpace page. If you have a lot of knowledge about a particular field or hobby, let your blog show that expertise.
3) I doubt I could ever make enough money to live off of blogging. The real benefit has been professional credibility. A blog can be a smart idea if it enhances your regular job.
Look for a Web host that provides WordPress - that's the blogging tool I use. GoDaddy is one provider, but there are others.
Also, consider link exchanges and a tool called Zeus. Getting others to link to your site increases your search engine ranking.
One last thing - I saw your previous question mentioning you'd like to write a novel. How about using blogging software to write a story as a series of installments? Isn't that how Charles Dickens wrote "Great Expectations"? That ought to keep regular readers coming back (and boost your traffic).

Are there any real online jobs or all they all scams?
For the past few days i have been researching all these ads about making money online. From the moment i set my eyes on these ads i was almost 100% positive that they were all scams. Although a lot of the companies such as keystrokes 4 cash try hard and make fake websites with fake reviews about their main websites (Keystrokes4cash.com) i still did research about them and found out of course, it is just a scam like the rest of them.
Well my question to you guys is, are there any real systems, programs, websites or anything to make money while being in the comfort of your own home?

Bloggers make money in two ways, through adverts and through people making donations. For both of these to work you need to be writing something that lots of people want to read.
Unless you're a big name, you can't make much online through blogging. I know some really good writers who just make enough through adverts to pay for their web hosting.

Reply:You might want to get a 'real' job - even an entry-level, part-time job at a fast food restaurant or as a cashier/stockperson will provide you with a paycheck, real world work experiences and start to build your resume. At your age, you would need a work permit, but you can obtain that easily enough. Check on your state's website, or see if your school counsellor has any information.

There's sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunities.

Anyway, basically you sign up with them and then once your logged in you just fill in as many forms as you like in their members section and you get paid for each one. I get checks from them every 2 weeks each averaging around $250-$350. You could make more but I just use the site as an extra income stream aswell as my full time job so I only work on it for around an hour each night.

Do I still get my APY from my online bank if I don't have the money in for a full year?
I want to put $2500 in my savings account that has a 5% yeild, but I will need to use the money next June. It is an annual yeild, so if I only have a few hundred dollars in there by next August(1 year away) is that the ammount they will use to give me interest or can I still get the yeild on the full 2500 that I will have used by that time?

Notice that this is a very rough estimate and depending on how the bank calculates the interest (simple interest, compound monthly, compound daily, compound infinitely) it could be very different.

lets say it is compounded quarterly as in most cases you will receive the apr for the three quarters and part of the third quarter!!!

To make a (very) rough estimate of your yield, divide .05 by 365 (0.000136986)
Then mulitiply 0.000136986 times the number of days you plan on having it in the bank.
Notice that this is a very rough estimate and depending on how the bank calculates the interest (simple interest, compound monthly, compound daily, compound infinitely) it could be very different.
To get a better look at it, email the bank directly and get a better estimate of your expected return.

Anyway, basically you sign up with them and then once your logged in you just fill in as many forms as you like in their members section and you get paid for each one. I get checks from them every 2 weeks each averaging around $250-$350. You could make more but I just use the site as an extra income stream aswell as my full time job so I only work on it for around an hour each night.

eBay has a lot of people selling extra NEW baby clothing. Many times they sell them in 'lots' meaning you get a ton of clothes for a small price.

Babies don't need to be all dressed up they grow out of clothes way to fast just stick him/her in one piece sleepers and he'll/ she would be happy. Changing diapers and ones is hard to do when you have to pull pants and shirts off. Wait till about six month or older to start the layers of clothing. I now it's cute and everything but you can get cute little sleepers to. One way to save money.

Even if it's stuff he wont wear for a few months - I just bought him a little ralph lauren jacket at Marshalls (clearance rack) for like $6 (it was a $20 jacket). Just look at the clearances when you go into stores. I rarely buy anything at regular prices. Also, if you have an outlet mall nearby - check to see if they have the Carters outlet store - sometimes they have 'weekend sales events' where everything is like $2-$6 HAPPY SHOPPING!

Walmart, Kmart and Target actually have really great clothes for kids cheap. Like $2.88 at Walmart. The clothes really are nice. I am very picky for my daughter. Also Dillards and Macy's run great sales. Go shopping not "surfing".

Try checking the yellow pages to see of there are any consignment shops selling brand-name baby attire if that's what you're looking for. Good Luck! : )
