What is the best way to show art online for free or little money?
If you have a scanner or a digital camera, use either one to store your artwork as a .jpg file. Then, upload them to any photo sharing service such as Yahoo photos, myspace, ringo, photobucket, etc. All of these are free as long as you're not trying to commercially gain from the material you post.

I know a lot of people who post their works of art on that site. It's kind of like a little community where you can meet people, too.
